Celebrate Thai Food Month throughout February

THAI FOOD MONTH

Thai food is some of the richest and most sumptuous in the world. From creamy curries flavored with coconut milk to fluffy jasmine rice and sticky, sweet banana fritters, the range of Thai food in Melbourne will introduce you to a whole new world of taste. So, let us sort you out a meal from a fantastic Thai restaurant in Melbourne in a flash with no fuss or hassle.

FEBRUARY IS THAI FOOD MONTH

A few years ago, Frank, Jess and Frank declared February to be Thai Food Month. The idea was really that February is cold and dreary and lends itself well to warm (or spicy!), comforting food – the food of Thailand is a natural fit. In February we re-stock our Thai pantry, cook a little extra Thai food at home, and jump at the excuse to explore more Thai restaurants in town. We even just saw a Groupon deal for one of our local Thai restaurants which we snagged in less than 2 seconds. For a little walk down Thai Food Month memory lane. We’re declaring February once again to be #thaifoodmonth and we want you to join us!

Our chefs come from Thailand & can produce authentic dishes, (hot mild or medium) or cook it according To your taste buds. While there are many other food dish variations, Mansfield Thai concentrates on the most popular range in stir-fried dishes, noodles, salads, soups and has therefore limited our range of curries to just the more popular five, as offering a good representation of the varieties generally available.

A comprehensive selection of fresh herbs also contribute to the unique dishes that brand themselves as Thai, including coriander, garlic, turmeric, galangal, lemongrass, cardamom, basil, kaffir lime and pandanus leaves are popular fragrant spices.
